    We would like to congratulate you for taking the first step into getting fit. Here at Harmony Family Center we believe that your health as-well as the health of your child is very important.

    We have created an environment that is comfortable for you to exercise at ease while we take care of your most precious life (your child/children).

    We have classes available for you and your family to fit your schedule. We created this one stop shop because we understand the busy lifestyle that we all live. We know that running from yoga to Tae Kwon-Do to boot camp can be time consuming not to mention stressful.

    How, you may wonder, can you help your child get the recommended one-plus hours of daily physical activity when you can't even make it to the gym? The answer is Harmony Family Center. We believe that each child as-well as adults have different interest in the idea of interest. We have several classes to choose from.

    Home

    At our club the most important thing to us is getting you fit and healthy. As well as great natural fitness centre and access to our fitness and health experts, we have put together a series of training classes using bodyweight and free weight. There is no resistance machine in our club, because we believe we are working on fitness naturally by using bodyweight training system. Basically, we use our client’s mass or weight as a source of resistance to manage their weight.

     

    At Ladan club we take great pride in offering an exciting and varied class timetable. Whether you are training for a specific goal such as modelling, fashion show or even fitness competition and require regular burning fat classes, a young mum and are looking for a weekly boot camp classes, or a grandmother who wants to do Yoga.

We believe that focusing on our customers’ individual needs and feeling as well as being empathetic and warm with them, makes a real difference to the service we offer.

    We are aware that your lives are very busy and time is valuable, therefore we designed a series of programmers of express classes from Yoga and Zumba to Abs and circuit training, which are short, sharp but intense and effective workouts.

    Ladan

    Ladan H. Sefat, who is a former Taekwondo World Champion, founded the Ladan Health, Fitness and well-being club. She has a Black Belt Six Dan in Taekwondo and is an international Taekwondo trainer and referee. Ladan was the assistant director of the Martial Arts Federation of Europe.

    ZumbaFundamentally, Zumba is a fitness program which is involved dance and aerobic basics. We use Persian, miniature, Tai-chi dance as well as lunges, squats and belly dance moves. This class is taught by the former assistant director of the martial arts Ladan H. Sefat who has 20 years of teaching experience in martial arts, harmonious movements and fitness.

    Abs circuit training

    Abs circuit trainingThe main aim of this class is burning body fat by focusing on the abdominal exercises. This program specifically focus on the abdominal muscles in a format of circuit training to burn belly fats, improve posture, core strength as well as increasing strength, cardiovascular efficiency, tissue tolerance for exercise.

     

    Taekwondo

    The best training and latest techniques is taught by the CEO and founder of the club, Ladan H.Sefat World Champion Black Belt Six Dan in Taekwondo.
